I am a Psychologist from the Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile (2000), and a Master in Management and School Leadership from the Universidad Alberto Hurtado (2018). Throughout my professional trajectory, I have sought to deepen my knowledge of leadership and school improvement as key focuses for the quality and equity of public education in Chile, transitioning from a school-level approach to one that integrates the territorial intermediate level. I have been involved in teaching and coordinating continuing education programs at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and have taught in continuing education and postgraduate programs at various universities in Chile. Additionally, I have worked as a professional in the Education Department of the Municipal Corporation of Villa Alemana. In recent years, I have been engaged in development and evaluation work at the Arauco Educational Foundation, where I have participated in the design and support of professional development and school improvement programs in various communities across Chile.
