Bachelor of Engineering Sciences and Industrial Civil Engineer from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Master of Science in Public Services Policy and Management from King’s College University of London. In his professional career, he has held executive positions in both the public and private sectors. In the field of higher education, he has worked in the Division of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education, in the Directorate of Institutional Analysis at the Universidad de Viña del Mar, and currently holds the position of Director of Management and Academic Projects in the Academic Vice Presidency at the Universitdad Central de Chile. He is a lecturer in the field of strategic management of organizations at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
