Bachelor of Pedagogy (Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul), Postgraduate in History, Society, and Culture (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo), MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 3.0 (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Rio Grande do Sul), and Master’s Degree in Management and Evaluation of Public Education (Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora). He has worked as a teacher, technician at the Educational Assessment Center of the Municipal Department of Education of São Paulo, technician at the Municipal Department of Education of Itaquaquecetuba, trainer in training programs for managers and teachers, and consultant on topics such as School Coexistence, Educational Assessment, Teacher Training, and School Management. He has worked as a researcher in the Group of Studies and Research in Educational Assessment (GEPAVE) of the University of São Paulo and is a member of the Education Talent Program in Brazil. In recent years, he has worked as a Project Coordinator in partnership with over 30 Education Departments in Brazil, focusing on the training of school leaders, teachers, and department technicians. He has publications in the field of educational public policy implementation, educational assessment, school coexistence, and climate.
