I’ve spent most of my research career taking optical spectra of galaxies deep within the Zone of Avoidance (ZoA) and building group catalogs out of redshift surveys. My main focus has always been extragalactic, observational astronomy. Besides obtaining observational data I also enjoy building and developing computational tools for analysis and processing of astronomical data. I’m also very passionate about astronomical outreach and education.Honours Thesis with Prof. R. C.
