Bachelor of Legal Sciences from Universidad Alberto Hurtado (2012) and Master of Legal Theory from University College London – UCL (2019). Her research focus is on public law, particularly in the areas of equality and non-discrimination, gender roles, and caregiving. Her Master’s thesis examined the concept of disadvantage in the justification of positive actions in British antidiscrimination law and was published in the UCL Journal of Law and Jurisprudence.
