Ricardo Torres Urzúa is a Ph.D. candidate at the Universidad Diego Portales – where he completed his undergraduate and master’s studies – a lawyer licensed by the Supreme Court, and a professor of Civil Law at the Universidad Diego Portales and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has also worked as a litigating attorney in civil matters for Garhnam Abogados and Zañartu y Fernández law firms, and as a research assistant in various Fondecyt projects.
