Paulina is a Ph.D. candidate in Law at the Universidad Diego Portales where she also earned her Master’s degree in Civil and Patrimonial Law in 2016. Since 2018, she has been a National Agency for Research and Development (ANID) fellow for doctoral studies in Chile. In 2017, she completed a specialization course in Continental Civil Law at the Université Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, and in 2021, she was a visiting researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid.
