I am a Psychologist from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, and I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the Universidad of Chile. As a professional, I have worked in various educational institutions, providing support to educational communities as an educational psychologist. In the field of education, I have taught in initial teacher training programs and in continuous training programs for school administrators, teachers, and education assistants. Additionally, I have been involved in research and consulting projects related to the development of reflective competencies in social sciences and pedagogy courses. Lastly, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with institutions such as Líderes Educativos at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, the Center for Professional Development of Teachers, and the Educational Leadership Program at Universidad Diego Portales.
